With the ability to vary techniques, it is not uncommon for treatments to include Dry Needling for pain relief or to relieve muscle tension before more traditional Osteopathic techniques are implemented.
Once the symptoms are resolved Pilates prevents reoccurrence of the injury by addressing muscular imbalance and postural dysfunction.
Pilates can improve flexibility by relieving neural tension. While, changes in flexibility can be noticed immediately the improvement is continues over time.
Osteopathy can help with sporting injuries such as muscular and ligament sprains and tears. We can then advise on rehabilitation from these injuries.
Dry Needling can reduce inflammation and pain related to tennis elbow by stimulating areas other treatments can’t effectively reach.
